I am glad I had Ms. Pat as my leasing representative. She made my application process run smoothly and she wasn’t pushy with trying to get me to apply. I was able to get all the amenities I wanted at an affordable price and I am looking forward to joining the community!

I lived at Caton House apartments for 3 years and only had to move since I am starting a new job. My experiences here have been really great and I am really going to miss living here. I had lived here as a graduate student and it was really rewarding. The atmosphere is very quiet, safe and private. Parking, garbage and water is free, only need to pay the rent, cable/internet and electricity. Maintenance and management are very quick to address any issues, mostly taken care of the day-of or after. It was a great place to come home to. I had no problems with mice or roaches during my stay here. The only gripe I have is that the rent is a little high for the lack of amenities, there is an off-site pool at the sister location, but no business center, gym, etc. that other apartments offer at the same price, or lower. Thanks Caton House for everything!
