At the time of writing this review, I currently do not reside at Eagle Rock. However I recently toured a 2 bedroom one bathroom apartment. I called only 2 hours before closing and was still treated with great care by staff. I was assisted by Aidden who was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about helping me. Aidden took the time to answer my many questions without rushing things despite us only having less than an hour before closing for touring. The apartments are extremely spacious and I liked the pool and balcony from the master bedroom. Very affordable and also right across from the Trader Joe's. There's also a YMCA not too far either. Again I do not reside here so I cannot speak on how it is actually living here.

I have been living here for almost 4 months and this is my third apartment in Towson. I usually concern when choosing an apartment: pest control and management. And so far I am satisfied with this place. Trash area is pretty clean and containers hardly ever fill up to the top. No pest so far. Management response pretty quickly and arrange events from time to time. Swimming pool was very nice during summer, plenty of parking spots even at night, but I think junk cars sitting there for months needs to be towed. Trader Joes right across street and I695 and I83 are a few minutes away. I also worried in the beginning that it might be too loud with college student. However, it is pretty quiet and rent contract clearly states that you should be quiet during specific time. Remind you that this is not a perfect place. Water sewage is pretty high here. Also no fios for wifi, only xfinity:( But if you are looking for an apartment that are clean, well managed and close to highway and towson area, this might be for you!
