Love this place! So far I have had nothing but great experience... I have huge two bedroom, a lot space for both rooms.. my rent price is amazing price. The staff handles my issues even if I have to leave a message.. i love Alexus she great! Needs to be a manger!

I lived here back in 2008-2010 and it was great. I had a brand new 1 bedroom and everything had been updated nicely. The mgmt staff was good - I had no problems during the year and a half I lived there. Sometimes you could hear your neighbors, but most of the time I lived there in peace. The balcony was great in the summer time and very inviting. The parking spaces are tight, however, and if you have a big car then it's always a tight squeeze. But, finding parking wasn't an issue, no matter what time you got home. The rent prices are market value, so it is what it is. At times there were a few questionable neighbors, but overall the mgmt office screens their tenants pretty well. I never really used the on-site laundry facilities - there's a good laundromat near where you can wash a whole weeks worth of clothes in about 1.5 hours. The neighborhood is safe, as safe as it gets in any urban environment. I would consider moving there again.
