We called the Palisades home for a few years, and it was difficult to say goodbye to. The building itself is beautiful, and our apartment was incredible. Our view was spectacular. The gym was great. And while all these things are nice, what made this building feel especially like home was the wonderful community. The Southern Management team was responsive and kind: Andre is awesome - attentive, friendly, and completely professional; Alfonso and the maintenance team were always so quick to respond to any requests (for example, they were in our apartment to replace the oven light within an hour of when we submitted the request!); the leasing team was super helpful when we moved in and moved out, and they were always so friendly; Elisha and the concierge team knew our names and our dogs' names, and would give treats to our dogs (with permission, of course!), and would even get our packages for us when we'd take the dogs out so that they'd be ready for us when we came back into the building; so many neighbors became good friends. We felt so fortunate to call this building our home.

I’ve enjoyed my residence at the Palisades at Arundel Preserve. The building amenities coupled with the surrounding area provides a refreshing and (relatively) active suburban environment. More importantly, the staff here have been amazing. Front Office personnel are courteous, attentive, and professional. The maintenance/cleaning team are very diligent with the upkeep of the building. Furthermore, the Assistant Property Manager, Andre, is very approachable, experienced, and supportive with any property or leasing inquiries. He and the team are extremely value-added towards the positive resident culture here.
