Dearic Busch in maintenance was extremely friendly and professional when we called for plumping help on a cold, snowy Saturday. He arrived quickly after we put in the request, came with the required part, and politely asked if he could go into the bedroom prior to entering. 10/10 interaction!

As a tenant of The Porter Brewers Hill, I wish to acknowledge Dearic Busch and his maintenance team for their prompt attention to my maintenance requests, as well as for their responsiveness to observable issues within the building. More importantly, I experienced several significant problems that created an urgent need for assistance. During this time, Dearic's professional expertise and efforts were invaluable and truly life-saving.
