I've been at this property for a minute now, Great area & very nice staff.
I did just experience a flood while I was out of town & the assistant maintenance supervisor Skylar has called me either everyday or every other day with updates, such as him & contractors entering my apartment, when their running test & on when my apartment will be put back together. It's that type of communication that keeps me calm & optimistic that everything is going to be ok just like Mr. Skylar said it would.

I unfortunately am not moving to Camden College Park
due to work changes, but I was seriously considering it
and took a virtual tour of the units I was interested in. I was impressed with how wide the hallways are and how spacious the apartments are as well. I want to especially thank my leasing consultant Miranda who answered all of my questions and responded promptly and kindly. She was always cheerful and patient while also thorough in informing me of the different available units.
I also connected with Jorge a couple of times. Everyone at Camden College Park was professional and helpful. Great customer service!

I just received the most amazing customer service experience from Angel at Camden College! I walked into the leasing office worried about my options and with a few questions regarding my residency status - Angel took time to listen and clearly explain Camden’s policies to me. It’s rare to find an apartment rep with her skill set and an entire office of welcoming and caring staff. Go Angel!

Amazing personnel. From the leasing team to the maintenance team. I’m quite impressed at how responsive and attentive both teams are. Always willing to assist. The young ladies in the leasing office are kind , professional and knowledgeable. All of our communities in the DMV are are under siege crime has increasing everywhere. The employees at these communities have no control over this. Being responsive and attentive to my needs is more important. Keep of the Great work. You All “Rock”

We loved our two years at Camden. While some reviews mention crime, Camden was proactive—holding a town hall with staff and police, implementing residents' suggestions, and reducing incidents significantly over the past year! Since the community is large, experiences may vary, but we found our area quiet, with respectful neighbors and well-maintained halls.
What we loved: Pest issues were non-existent (very impressive!) and maintenance was responsive, often arriving within hours of the service request. Package security was solid, and we felt safe leaving deliveries in the package room overnight.
Areas for improvement: Sometimes, communication from leasing took a bit longer, likely due to staffing, but they always responded within 2 business days. I’d also suggest stricter pet waste and smoking policies, as we received frequent community-wide emails about these issues. Addressing residents directly might be more effective.

I just joined in Camden College Park, I love the Excellent Amenities, had a few questions and regarding maintenance and they were Quick to respond. Well Organized, Jorge Ortiz Assistant Manager is very professional for service of the tenants and their needs. Also, the other staff members such as Angel and Kiyanna the Leasing Consultants are quick and responsive for any needs of the Camden community. I appreciate Camden Staffing and their service to the community it has all my needs Outstanding, Hospitality, Professional and Values are Excellent in Camden. you can stop by and they are more than willing to help. I have had no problems with missing or stolen packages or anything else like other residents on Yelp. Overall, the experience has been great and if I do not find a house to buy, I plan on renewing another year or so. Finally, I love Camden College Park. Awesome.

I have been putting this off for a while, and it is time to provide my honest feedback. I currently have an apartment here at Camden College Park. I am so happy that I chose to stay here. From the moment that I came to tour everyone in the leasing office was phenomenal, They all smile and have a personable attitude. Anytime I place a ticket for maintenance I am so impressed on how fast is completed. Even when I come to the office to print something and pass by everyone always says hi. This is a place that makes you feel welcomed and I see my self here for a long time. Thank you Camden College Park and staff for making this a home with true value.
