Honestly, the warmest welcome I’ve ever received. Anna is the kindest and most helpful agent I’ve encountered. She was polite and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I moved alone and she found me someone to help carry my things to the apartment. I needed a TV and she literally searched and compared prices for me. On the day of the move-in she arranged for a technician to install my internet. She was very transparent about the space and things to expect, very honest and straightforward about the environment and the apartment. This was the smoothest move I’ve had and it’s surprising considering I did it alone, but it didn’t feel like I was alone with all the support from the staff. Lastly, I moved in on the day of my birthday and not only did the staff notice, but they also slid a birthday card under my door. I understand not everyone will have a pleasant experience and these reviews hold weight, so I want to go out of my way to share how kind and welcoming the staff here has been to me. Anna is the best, she’ll make sure you’re well taken care of, if you move here you’ll see. Thanks for all the support staff, so far I’m really liking the area, apartment, and environment.

It was a great experience to rent Steward Manor at Laurel MD. I must mention that right from the time when I started looking for apartment, I was not able to visit the site. However, the leasing professional Anna helped me to choose and suggest the good apartment. She sent me pictures & 3D videos so that I can get good idea of the apartment. It was so helpful. During the stay also, the staff was very courteous, to guide for many small issues facing in the new state. Even after we left the apartment, the staff and especially Anna, helped us to pay the dues etc. along with some getting back some mails/parcels. I had never got this kind of support anywhere else. The apartment complex is also good one. Well kept with good amount of amenities and very safe family friendly atmosphere. It was awesome experience over all.
