My family and I scheduled an appointment to tour one of Avalon at Russett homes. The self guided tour went extremely smooth but there were questions we had. I call the leasing office and spoke to Jacq J. Jacq was amazingly helpful and answered all of our concerns. Not only was Jacq able to make us feel more as ease about applying but she was also able to share very detailed move-in specials that would prove to benefit us on a strong financial level. Because of this interaction, I feel like Avalon at Russett cares more about its' tenants as oppose to other apartment community we've experienced. We will be applying as soon as possible.

Jose Nunez was outstanding. My washer machine flooded due to me adding too much to it. I called the emergency hotline, and he came right away to remove the water from my carpet.
