She answered every question I had promptly and made sure the transition was seamless! I’ve been at Avalon Arundel Crossing for over two years now and I highly recommend it! Had the pleasure of working with Raven as my leasing consultant. She is personable, informative, and quickly dispelled my worries and addressed my concerns during our pre-tour interview. The touring method itself is nice, self-guided touring. Not only does this serve to give a future tenant some space to fully explore a space, it helped me personally picture my own life in the space--versus an often-rushed touring experience led by a leasing agent. Outside of this, during follow-ups with Raven she swiftly took care of the handful of additional questions and concerns I had after my tour and even ensured some of my specific needs were properly squared away. One of the easiest apartment-hunting experiences of my life--and those are infamously painful and stressful. So not the case here.
