If you live in an apartment, you want to choose a place who has competent and reliable maintenance staff. My most recent maintenance technicians, Cristian Cardoza and Michael Bernal were both very efficient in handling all of my requests. They worked excellently as a team; they were timely, professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and very polite; they moved through the list of maintenance request so effectively and without much noise. I was able to continue my housework work without any distractions. The two gentlemen both kept me aware of everything they were working on and confirmed my satisfaction with their services. I appreciate all the effort they put into their work. Thanks for your professionalism and caring for making my home the way I want it to feel. Job well done! I have been here for many years and have had encounters with different maintenance technicians. I’d like to say thank you to them all for their service. Specifically, Corey Butler for helping me with securing contractors for carpet repairs and paint jobs. Thank you!

Overall great place to live. Very convenient. In my 10 years of living in eaves I have no complaints. I am grateful to have had such a pleasant experience. Whenever I go into the office everyone is kind. However Kechelle simms the sales and service supervisor has been great to me ALL of these years. Anything I ever needed kechelle was my first person of contact, and of course she helped me get the job done. Happy to have called Eaves my home these past 10 years.
