If you're looking to live downtown, you need to check this out. My dogs and I absolutely love it!! Don't let reviews referencing homeless deter you. I'm on the side of the building where there is a view of the Capitol and I definitely could not see the homeless camp from my window. Moving here from the Portland area, I don't see as many homeless when walking dogs outside and I feel safe at night. The security company that monitors the building at night is also very friendly! It's also a perk that the buildings are secure and not just anyone can walk in, so if safety/security is your concern this building is for you!
