Thanks for checking out Talisman Apartments. We are a locally owned and professionally managed community in Olympia, WA. Talisman is conveniently located near the Chehalis Wester Trail, St. Peter Hospital, main transit and a multitude of shopping and dining options. We have 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartment. Our apartment homes are a great value, featuring spacious floor plans, full-size washer/dryer, upgraded flooring, and a patio or balcony with additional storage. Our community clubhouse includes monthly resident events, complimentary coffee bar, fitness center, outdoor seasonal pool, playground, and basketball court.

I have lived in many apartments complex and never felt welcomed until I came to Tailsman Apartments. A year ago we came to this apartment complex and felt so welcomed by Mary. She is an amazing person and very polite and she makes you feel like you are part of the Tailsman Family. The other manager is Garret he is so awesome, when ever I go into the office I feel very welcomed. He always greats you with a smile. All in all they are both amazing! Anything we need they are on top of it. The communication is amazing I honestly don’t have anything bad to say. This will be our 2nd year here and we honestly enjoy living here. Also for the holidays they will have cookie decorating party which is amazing for the kids. The apartment complex is always kept nice and clean hats off to the maintenance crew for keep this complex clean. Thank you Garret, Mary & the maintenance team for an amazing experience so far!

My pick as the best complex in the area. The manager is so friendly and kind. The type that makes you feel welcome immediately. The maintenence crew is equally as awesome. Super nice and always take care of any issues in a timely manner. From emergency late night leaks to appliances repairs and replacements, they have done everything they could to ease my worries.
