I live living here. My apartment is clean and spacious, the building manager is easily accessible and my work requests have been completed very quickly. Affordable and location is prime.

Not for me. To much effort to make livable. Price was good till you add extra expenses. Location requires vehicle. Lay out was bad it felt like the 50s hole in the wall for #8. Drop the amount to the 50s then ok.
