I'm very happy living in this building. I feel safe with the controlled access and the staff is really quick to respond with any requests ive needed. The manager from day one has been awesome. The amenities in the building are really nice as well. I love being in the center of downtown and so close to everything. Parking garage is a bonus but parking hasn't been a issue for any of my friends that come by to say hello. :) When my lease is almost up I'm gonna definitely re-new for longer. I also had no problem getting all my furniture even the big stuff up to my apt. :)

Been here 7 years! It has its positives and negatives but we've enjoyed staying downtown in this relatively new "secured" building. The parentheses are there because it's not so secure all the time with people being let in who shouldn't be. That really ain't the property manager's fault but the residents! Still a good landing spot for single folks or couples but wouldn't suggest here if you have kiddos.... A night security guard would really solve any of the more major problems I can think of...
