Ensign is walking distance to St. Peters Hospital, Lilly Road medical offices and just minutes from I-5 and the Olympia waterfront. Our1 and 2-bedroom apartment homes are a great value, featuring spacious floor plans, covered parking, full kitchen, private deck or patio with storage, both in-unit and site washer and dryer available. Karen (landlord/office lady) took care of me really quick and easy only 2/3 days I was in an apartment. The homes are very nice I had a town house paying 2500 a month 3 bed rooms for a year and moved back to ensign with 2 bedrooms feels like I have more space for sure I appreciate all the help aye if you looking for a home ensign apartments should be number one on your list 💪🏽🤞🏽

I have lived in Ensign Apts for around two years now and I love it here! The staff are wonderful, fast, and efficient! Especially Karen! She is welcoming and sends out monthly activities in the area and is always there for the residents in many different ways. It’s pretty quiet in this location all things considered! (In town/next to doctors offices). They try everything within their power to accommodate and listen to the residents which you don’t get very often (personal experience) so thanks to everyone at Ensign for doing an amazing job!
