For a college student, I would definitely recommend the studio or a one bedroom apartment in this apartment building! The only negatives in my year of living there would be; the non cement walls in the apt are not the best quality and there are some cracks/water damage, the shower is small so it can get dirty pretty quickly if you don't clean it every now and then, the smoke detector is very sensitive so I always keep a window or two open when cooking things like bacon or stir fry, and in the winter if its really cold, expect some ice to creep through and onto the windows! (Nothing too bad at all, ice only appeared inside the apartment when it was extremely cold.) However, the positives outweighed those few negatives for me! There are plenty of windows so great natural light (and the apt is cat friendly, so she loved it too!). The cement walls are also very nice, I hardly ever hear neighbors unless they are leaving their apt. The location is also excellent. I saw some negative comments about the landlord, Matt, but I haven't experienced anything whatsoever negative with him. He has always gotten back to me regarding any questions I have, and in a reasonable amount of time, he was always kind and helpful, everyone who works here has always been nice! The maintenance guy is great too, anytime I've had problems with the apt he has came and fixed it within 2-3 days, and is very kind as well. My cute little studio here is the smallest apt I've ever lived in, but it was the perfect size for 1 person, I will miss it!
