Novo is a great place to live if you're a student or working in the downtown area! It's close to all things downtown, and there are many bus stops near the building to travel to throughout the city. People are really friendly around this area. From our apartments we could see the outdoor seating from Lucille's and Settle Down, and it gave a great environment for city living. (picture is taken from our apartment) The dog run in the building is also awesome! There is space, as well, to take out your dog right near the building if you want to take a short walk. We take our dog for a walk around the capitol and it's always nice. Lastly, the building is brand new, so all of the bathrooms, appliances, floors, countertops, etc. are extremely nice. With this apartment building, you are getting one of the best overall experiences in downtown Madison.

The move-in process was really smooth. Renee was really patient in answering all the questions I had, both Renee and Lainie are wonderful to work with! As for the apartment, very modern and tidy, everything is well-thought and well-organized to provide a smooth living experience. Definitely would recommend anyone who wants to live in the downtown area and enjoy a good view of both lakes.
