I lived here for a year and it was great. The courtyard and apartment itself is beautiful. Maintenance always came in a timely fashion and fixed everything. Staff is really nice too. The only complaint I had was sometimes maintenance would park right behind my parking spot in the basement, making it impossible to get in or out.

I have lived at City Row for almost three full years now. I am sad to say i think i will be moving soon. The property is beautiful, affordable (if you meet the qualifications) and has great amenities. Things i love: -online rent pay & service requests -pet policy (no monthly fee, but a non-refundable security deposit at sign) -community business room, tv room and terrace w/ grills -access to some basic cardio equipment -my energy efficient appliances -In-unit W/D in my studio apartment -location, easy walk to anything great in Madison -radiant heat+++ -apartment managers (they have changed frequently) but they all have been great and responsive I will say some items items like light switches have needed repair since i moved in. However, they fix them within the week of me asking for repair. If you meet the qualifications -- Live at City Row!
