I rented my apartment almost solely based on my experience with Jenn in the months leading up to my move. The location in South Knox is great and the units are nicely sized but undoubtedly Jenn makes the vibe in the complex one of welcoming community. There was a recent change in management of the building, and I told her if she leaves, I'm going with her. Many residents share that sentiment. I am very happy to have landed here and would recommend The Adelade for location and value (in this awful market) but mostly for the lifestyle provided under Jenn's management.
