We recently moved to the Main Street Lofts Apartments. Our pre-move experience was awesome. Taylor and Hannah made us feel super welcome before, during and after! Kelly was great too. We are very happy to be here and Eliot, our dog, loves the large dog park to run around in. The apartments themselves are clean and new. The counters are finished nicely, the appliances are new and top of the line. We chose a first floor apartment and that can go either way with the folks above you. We have had no issues with noise from the upstairs neighbors. Yes, we can hear them come home, but after that we don't hear them at all. Our first floor neighbors are very nice and quiet as well. The grounds are kept nice although there are some muddy spots in the dog park, but that is still under construction. It is huge as I mentioned above so there is a lot of space for the pups to run around. The bonus, besides being able to have a dog, is the doggy DNA service. Sounds weird but it definitely is a deterrent to people not picking up after their dogs and keeps the place nice. Parking is open and I have not had an issue finding a spot. I think if I were to make one negative-ish comment, it would be one assigned spot would be nice. The upside is that there is no worry about guest parking because it is all open. Garages are available for an additional price if one opens up and that does solve the assigned spot comment. One other thing that we like is that this is not a complex of just young people. There are people of all ages and families here. It is nice to see kids and activities designed for them and a fair share of older folks. Of course there are lots of professionals here too and people from all over. So, our overall score is a 10.
