The staff is courteous, competent and friendly. The apartments are in good condition and spotless. I stay here whenever I come to Oak Ridge -- several times per year for stays of up to one month. Great value.

This is a GREAT place. It's very quiet, the pool area is large, clean and has a nice place for cooking on the grill. The interiors are nicely furnished: cable, electricity, LAN and WiFi internet, television set, huge kitchen, nice sized bedrooms, linen exchange and cleaning service once a week. There's not a better deal in Oak Ridge for short to medium stays, and the management team is extremely dedicated to making your stay pleasant.
