The community is linked to a walking and bike trail leading to AK Bissell Park featuring a playground, picnic shelter, performance pavilion, commemorative walk, and the friendship bell.

My boyfriend and I recently moved to Main Street Lofts from GA site unseen due to us living 5 hrs away. Although living 5 hrs away both Courtney and Brittany were always quick to answer our calls, questions, and concerns. Our move in process was very smooth and with the apartments just being built, we were actually able to move in 2 weeks ahead of our original told move in date. As soon as we pulled up into the community, we immediately felt that “at home” feeling. We were greeted by Brittany’s smiling face as she gave us an official tour of the lounge, gym, and mail room (which residents have access to these 24/7). The lounge area has numerous places to sit, a kitchenette with a cute coffee bar and fridge of stocked snacks. Then we moved on to the gym and let me tell you..this is the nicest apartment gym I have ever seen. Everything is the community is new including all the equipment in the gym. Multiple treadmills, a peloton bike, smith machine, DBs, benches, and more. Then we toured the pool which is a nice sized pool which has multiple lounge chairs and grilling/patio area. Once we were ready to tour our apartment, we were greeted with a cute goodie bag (with new tumblers inside) and they even had a ribbon cutting celebration to welcome us into our brand new apartment. As soon as we walked in, we were speechless. Our apartment was everything we want for a home. We truly felt at home even with nothing inside it yet. Brittany, Courtney, and Nate always greet you with a smile and have such positive personalities. They made our move in so special. They are very helpful with any needs plus quick to attend to any problems. The grounds and facilities are kept clean. The community is less than a 2 minute drive from shopping, movies, food, the park, and only a 20-25 minute drive from downtown Knoxville. We are so happy we found and chose Main street Lofts as our new home.

Very sweet and nice people. The apartment was very nice and up to date .i love staying here it is the best place i have ever lived at . I love my apartment the view and the lights at Christmas here . The workers make this place feel HOME to me ❤️
