One of the first things that struck me about the complex was how clean and well cared for the property is. The maintenance staff is outstanding and has always addressed any issues that I've had (although there have not been very many) very quickly. In fact, I can not think of a single instance where they have not addressed an issue on the next business day. The garden apartment single level living is a unique and extremely pleasant living experience. The apartment has a laundry room with a washer/dryer hookup which is a feature that makes my life much easier. I have lived in Bouldercrest since 2020 and although there have been very few instances when things needed to be addressed by management. However, any instances that did need to be addressed were handled quickly and professionally by Stephanie Patterson, the property mananger.

It's not bad! Pretty nice area besides being right next to the highway but oh well lol. Studio is a little small but it works. I like that it's a one level apartment! Lived here two years now and I like it :)
