I have only lived her a couple of months, but I have really liked it so far! It’s quiet here, it’s spacious, I love the location, I feel safe, water pressure is amazing and it heats up so fast, the online portal is so easy to use and makes it so easy for my roommate and I to split rent… happy!

In love with this place! I love the location, less than 5 minutes from two different grocery stores, and about 15 minutes away from downtown Knoxville. Very charming town homes with friendly staff that is quick to respond. I've never had a maintenance issue that wasn't resolved quickly and easily. I feel very lucky to have found this place!
