Breckenridge is located in a peaceful, wooded community nestled on 10 acres in West Knoxville with both garden apartments and townhomes. The location is very convenient, close to the interstate, restaurants and shopping. The apartment homes have a fully equipped kitchen with new ceramic tile floors and includes refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The bedrooms are huge with walk-in closets and ceiling fans. Many of the townhomes have features such as fireplaces and garages. The on-site laundry facility and pool are located close by. Other amenities include patio/deck, off-street parking and plenty of outdoor lighting. We have a full time maintenance staff and also a 24 hour answering service to assist you with any after hour emergency calls.
