I have consistently experienced the best residential support services living at the Fountains at Chimney Rock Apartments.The office staff have always treated me with respect. The Property Manager, Mrs. Claudia Santos is very professional, friendly, and helpful. Mrs. Santos has a friendly smile every time I see her. She is one of the nicest, kindest individuals I've ever met. Maintenance is awesome, also. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, I have "always" received a prompt and timely response. Whether it was the changing of light bulbs or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensures satisfactory completion. I intend to continue renting from Fountains at Chimney Rock with no sudden plans to relocate, and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming families and graduate students looking for housing. For pet lovers, this property is a pet friendly environment. We have In-person security patrolling the premises at night. Metro has THREE busses traveling at the property.The #49 travels north and south in front of the property on Chimney Rock, and the #309 and #310 traveling east and west of the property. Reading some of these comments regarding rodents, I've been living at this property going on TWO years, and I've never experienced either rodents or roaches. People living here are generally respectful and peaceful. I have not experienced anyone playing their music in a disrespectful manner.
