I moved to waters of Winrock after having a bad move in experience at another complex. I’ve been here since the beginning of March, Ms.Nicole in the office was able to get me into an apartment that was right in my budget and close to my new job all in under 2 days! Shes very sweet and truly cares about her residents. She’s very attentive to the property grounds, and maintenance requests have a pretty quick turnaround. My neighbors are also friendly and quiet. Overall, I enjoy living here. :)
