I came across the borough. I was greeted by Brittany. And when I tell u this woman is literally sent from heaven she is just that. She was very patient with me and listened to all my concerns. I’m very indecisive and she didn’t complain about reexplaining things to me. She showed me 3 different apartments and there layouts. And gave me a direct tour. I filled out my app and was approved SAME DAY! And my apartment is ready for me to move in! They are soooo professional and so friendly. The customer service I received made my whole interaction with them that much greater! Def will be recommending to my family and friends! Thanks again to Brittany and the rest of the staff!
