You will enjoy the added ease of on-site laundry facilities which means you'll have more time to take advantage of the sparkling swimming pool. You will be close to transportation i.e. close to Fort Worth T bus stops, and TRE. We are located near I- 30 and E Loop 820 in Woodhaven minutes from Arlington and Downtown Fort Worth. Conveniently minutes from shopping (North East Mall, Target, Walmart), and great restaurants (Dans Seafood, Subway, Italy, Dickeys BBQ, Logan's Roadhouse, BJs restaurant, and Red Robin). We are also within the FWISD school district and near local colleges (TCU and UTA). With a wide variety of apartment layouts to choose from, there's a perfect home for you at Magnolia Crossing.

My wife and I moved in the apartments in June and we really love it here. We have a very nice upgraded apartment and the BEST Resident Manager ever! Romecca is very professional, hard working, compassionate, and AVAILABLE! She’s crazy busy but will never make you feel that you’re a bother. She doesn’t hide behind a closed office door like most managers. She’s a roll up her sleeves, property walking, hand shaking, down right great leader. When you call, email, text, or stop by the office she’s there for you. She actually greets residents with a smile and welcomes you to the office. “Grab a soda and I’ll be right with you “! You feel at home and that’s HUGE! She listens to you and really cares about all residents and her staff. She works hard and it shows. Romecca is constantly getting involved in the community and we’re actually having another resident get together tomorrow! Who does that these days? The property is well maintained and I love the big floor plans, and that pool though! My hat is off to her and the staff, they’re greatly appreciated. We all have choices in where we live, and this community is definitely a great one! As for the “Bug issues, hot water not working for 4 days”, comment. 1. Pest control cones EVERY FRIDAY! All you do is get on the list! The service is through a professional company and even sprayed my laundry room on my patio. The hot water was due to repairs that had to be done. The management CLEARLY let us know ahead with of time and continued with updates all day each day until everything was completed. Then went as far as to thank each resident for their patients and helpfulness. Don’t believe everything you read, because there are those that will review due to frustration rather than truth! We really enjoy living here, and look forward to being here for a long time to come.

I was having such a horrible morning. My apartment that I’m currently in keeps stressing me out and it’s been unbearable to live through. I jumped in my car and just started driving around. I came across the borough. I was greeted by Brittany. And when I tell u this woman is literally sent from heaven she is just that. She was very patient with me and listened to all my concerns. I’m very indecisive and she didn’t complain about reexplaining things to me. She showed me 3 different apartments and there layouts. And gave me a direct tour. I filled out my app and was approved SAME DAY! And my apartment is ready for me to move in! They are soooo professional and so friendly. The customer service I received made my whole interaction with them that much greater! Def will be recommending to my family and friends! Thanks again to Brittany and the rest of the staff!
