All five of these stars go to the maintenance team here at Oxford!! I have been a renter all my life so I know maintenance guys can be hit or miss..... these guys are definitely a hit! I appreciate them for every work order that they have done for me.

My living experience while I was there from January 2019 through July 2022 was exceptional. On the few occasions they were needed, the maintenance staff was almost always responsive, prompt, and highly professional. Property management and office staff were consistently friendly, and willing to help in any way they could on the two occasions that I knew I'd be late with my rent payment, due to changes in my employer. I honestly cannot overstate how pleasant and positive was my living experience was, especially during the deep-freeze of 2021 – the management staff managed to keep everyone informed of any damage to their unit, and the related policies and procedures – I felt they were rock stars in the way that they kept everything operational during that time. It's a great place to stay for a year or two, or even longer.
