I've lived here for about 3 years, both before and after the management changed. The apartment itself was great from the beginning - big gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors, lots of nice touches, and very safe. Some of the construction is a bit cheap, but it's an apartment, not a luxury condo. Noise has always been a big problem, but that's more because many of the other residents are extremely inconsiderate - the person just below me has a large dog that they leave alone for hours every day and it barks constantly, other residents play very loud music, etc. A white noise generator has worked wonders, though. The complex was built without enough parking, but the new management has taken some good steps to address it. The towing policy is great - I noticed several bad reviews below are from people who violated the policy and got towed. As a resident, I really appreciate towing being enforced so that residents have access to the parking we pay for (and yes, I've had visitors have to park in the office parking because the visitor spots were all full - that's just the way it goes! Follow the rules and you won't get towed!). The rent prices are a little high, but reasonable for the area and the apartment quality. Perhaps my best recommendation is that I just signed an 18-month lease renewal - I'm confident that it's worth staying here!

Lived here for the past 3 years and absolutely loved it! The property is well maintained, people are friendly and staff is professional. The apartment is spacious, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, it’s all the things you look for in a home. Would definitely recommend!
