The staff at Arthouse are amazing! They are always so friendly and accommodating to our needs. The facility is always clean and maintained to a high standard. The pricing is always extremely competitive to surrounding complexes. Arthouse has been a very positive experience for us especially as first time renters.

I moved in a few months ago and absolutely LOOOOVE this place. I don't write many reviews, but I had to write one about Arthouse. I can't list all of the great things about this place, but to start with, the office staff is amazing and the maintenance crew is top notch. The location? Is AAAAMAZING! Walking distance to shops, stores, parks, restaurants, etc...It has a "loft" type feel. I chose a unit facing the main street and actually love the view from my balcony of people walking their dogs, going to stores and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The fire pit I have yet to use but looks great. The fire pit as well. The hot tub and pool are secluded and private. Not one single complaint. If you're looking for a great place, whether for a short period of time or a long term lease, definitely check this place out.
