My husband and I moved here at the beginning of the year and my only regret is that we did not move here sooner. Everything here at The Braden has been amazing. The gym is phenomenal and everything actually works. The pool has the best view and the outdoor common areas are so relaxing. All the staff has been very welcoming and respond quickly to any questions or needs. We have all kinds of events and all the residents we have met have been like family. It is crazy how nice everyone is here. We live the security here and how safe it feels to live here. We highly recommend this place to anyone considering moving here.

Just want to start by saying how much I appreciate the staff especially Victoria for helping me throughout the process of moving here. I’ve been here for about a month now and i’m in love with my new home. Everyone is so nice and the environment is calm. For the first time I feel like i’m getting exactly what i pay for & i have 0 complaints this far. So thank you Tory!! This place is exceptional

I’ve lived in this complex for the past 4 years now and I’ve seen the ups, the downs the good and the bad. From transitions from one management to another (this is the 3rd) and while each had their pros and cons for the most part they were sufficient enough to keep me here. That being said there are new complexes being built around the area that offer new builds, amenities and luxury living annually but none have compared to the Braden. I know this first hand as I am the territory manager for a construction fleet company for Fort Worth & have assisted on building Apts such as the Bexley, The Huntley, Edwards ranch at clearfork and the Braden Broadstone on 5th). I’ve been able to see these builds first hand built from ground up and while they are nice in their own right, they are just not enough to convince me to make the move. The Braden offers all the modern living amenities with the utmost ideal location in Fort Worth. Right in the center of the river, panther pavilion, downtown and 7th. The new management and manager Melissa have been the most competent and effective team since the inception of this property. They are transparent on any issues or concerns with the property, knowledgeable and competent. This team keeps the facilities and amenities clean and proper with staff and employees dedicated to each task. Whether it be maintenance, cleanliness of the property, landscaping, pool maintenance, furniture, the scent in hallways and presentation of the property. Melissa is the manager and she is always quick to reply to emails or after hour calls should they arise. She has put in effort to host community events, pool parties, give aways and knows most residents by their name. I can’t recall a single complex I lived at prior to this where the manager knew my name and made conscious effort for the residents to feel like a community. Ensuring everyone is pleased with their living quarters and any issues are absolved in a timely manner. We have a collective community here that doesn’t feel like a bunch of strangers living in a giant building. We do community events, host holiday parties, have cook outs and all get along well. With different backgrounds, ethnicities and age groups. From young professionals, college students at TCU and retired couples all co existing here in peace. So if you’re looking for a new home and are debating between a few properties all you need to do is take a tour and you’ll be convinced. Plus we’ve got the best pool/view in the city of Fort Worth. Hope to see you around you can find my Husky & I on our patio by the pool :)
