My gf and I have been renting with Pomeranz Realty now for three years and only have had positive things to say. We live at the Virginia Mae complex and the house managers have been attentive and helpful when needed. Maintenance is completed in a timely fashion. Rent prices are typically lower than their competitors, but even more importantly Dan, Amy and those running their family realty business are personable and friendly (compared to say Redpeak and other large companies that only care about the money coming in). With regard to the comment below about the garage, while I don't park there, I know they did do everything to fix the door as soon as they could. We have two cars parked on the street and have never had them broken into or stolen from. Rent has increased over the years but it has all over Denver and the United States. Dan and Co are fair in the rent hikes and again, are much better than their adjacent competitors.
