Beautiful Studio with hardwood floors throughout! This unit at 1150 N Downing Street is an open concept and a top floor apartment! The kitchen is very open leaving lots of opportunity to get creative with space. Walking distance to King Soopers, Cheeseman Park, Denver Botanic Gardens, Trader Joes and so much more! This apartment is available August 10th. Rent is $895 a month with a separate utility charge of $100 that Includes water, sewage, trash, gas, and WIFI. Tenant pays electric. We are PET FRIENDLY! Pet rent is $35/month with a $300 refundable pet deposit. The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit of $400 pending approval. The deposit subject to change pending results of background check. Portable Tenant Screening Reports (PTSR): 1) Applicant has the right to provide Rio Real Estate with a PTSR that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Rio Real Estate with a PTSR, Rio Real Estate is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Rio Real Estate to access or use the PTSR.
