Move in night we noticed there was no hot water. Thankfully even though it was late at night tae from maintenance came over and tried to find a solution for us. He even checked back in with us the morning to see if the hot water was working. Thank you so much tae

This rating is for Tae the maintenance manager. He is great. We have needed a lot of things repaired because the previous repair manager was not very good and put in parts that did not fit right and broke - door weatherstripping that let the wind whistle through, toilet flapper valves that let the water leak, drawer handles that were not screwed in properly and fell off, and garage door trim installed with a large gap and without caulk so dirt blew in. Tae has been very responsive and fixed whatever has been wrong. He is a master problem solver and fixer. We cannot rate him highly enough.
