I recently called inquiring about certain amenities within this complex And although i chose a different one the man on the phone was more than helpful with give me a detailed overview over the amenities and other great things about this newly built apartment complex!
I couldn’t forget his name
It’s my dad’s name Floyd!
It’s kind of hard finding helpful and kind people especially once some find out you’re not moving in or trying to they become quite rude!
Floyd’s demeanor, tone and kindness was by far amazing and i hope i can convince my wife that we can afford to stay here haha!
I’m coming up on 5 years at The Lofts at Lincoln Station in Lone Tree, Colorado. I have enjoyed this place as my home all this time. The neighbors are friendly and no one is stressed about living here. I’ve been to other places where people were always upset about something not working in or around their apartments or problems with noise or management. I’ve had two managers, Nichole and now Brandy while living here and both were/are very nice and friendly. Anytime I had a concern, management is always there to listen and help. Brandy Page is a gem within this community and I don’t believe you pay her enough. Neighbors I have talked to will also agree with me about Brandy. She is competent, reliable, fair, a hard worker and without her, I don’t believe this place would run as well as it is at this moment. She is one of the reasons I am once again renewing my lease for year six.
While The Lofts at Lincoln Station is managed well, this competency trickles down to our maintenance staff. Not much goes wrong here but if it does, we have a reliable maintenance team who gets things down in a timely manner. We are not waiting for anything to be fixed as you go online, fill out the form and before you know it, your concern is being looked at and dealt with quickly in every case.
There’s a trash shoot on every floor so nothing piles up around here. Hallway floors are vacuumed every weekday and the inside still looks new. No worries if it snows over night as the walking areas around the building are shoveled.
You will love the high ceilings in every apartment, the appliances are stainless steel surrounded by quartz countertops. The majority of apartments have balconies and if you're staying in a unit that faces west, like I am, you will be enjoying the beautiful Colorado sunsets every night.
The location of your new home at The Lofts at Lincoln Station makes it very accessible to I-25 North and South, shopping, dining, entertainment and medical facilities (Sky Ridge Hospital is 5 minutes away at 1.4 miles). There’s an RTD station directly across the street so if you fancy a day or night visit to Denver, hop on board while keeping your car in your own private, well lit, enclosed garage. No one else can get in as there’s a security gate accessed only with your personal fob. The inside garage elevator also cannot operate without your fob. This is just another extra level of added security to keep your mind always at ease about your stay here.
You need to check out this apartment complex for yourself so that you too can be home at The Lofts at Lincoln Station.

Oh the horror, not one, not two, but three tiny scraps of paper in the elevator!!!!!! Come on people, we are just being ridiculous now. I've been living here for over a year now and its not "disgusting" like people are saying. They have a cleaning crew come through and vacuum all the halls like 5 days a week. Also, if you see a piece of paper on the ground and its driving you crazy for three days.... how about you stop being lazy and just pick it up and throw it away. It's not that hard.
Don't let the bad reviews here scare you away. I have had nothing but great experiences with Brandy, and they just hired a new leasing consultant (who so far seems amazing) to help out. The apartments are great, the view is amazing, and I love the amenities. Paying for parking kind of sucks, but when you pull out of the heated garage in your warm car on a snowy day it all seems worth the money.
Now that this has been addressed, I am going to go back to watching an amazing sunset from my balcony.
Edit: Had an issue with a scheduled tour. Voiced my concern and the regional manager Anna and Floyd were very quick to reach out and make things right. Floyd gave the tour and was very professional and courteous. I truly do appreciate their time and commitment. The Pikes Peak floor plan is great. A little pricy, but the views are worth it.

First off, i have to say on the real, the property manager Brandy has been an angel to my girlfriend and i this entire time we lived here, which is a year now. she has been patient, helpful, understanding. if we need her she responds back fairly quick, i can wholeheartedly say that we're grateful to have her as an apartment manager. The overall stay has been and still is fantastic, no complaints from me. Its nice, quiet, and a laid back place to live. Just go ahead and get you a spot here.

I have lived here for a year (just signed up for another) and have suggested these apartments to a person from work. I love it here! I've worked with Brandy Page and Nichole Franco on my move and in their front office capacity. I find them both lovely people. This smaller complex feels more personal too. They know you here and will say hi or wave. It's a good feeling.
I spoke with their leasing agent I think his name was Floyd Brown and I was absolutely impressed with his tenacity! I will definitely Recommend working with him. Hard to find great help nowadays and he definitely takes pride in his work!
Floyd Brown was one of the best leasing agents I’ve encountered! He was very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful with this whole moving process. Keep up the good work!!
