I love the amenities and the friendly staff. Hands down the best place I have lived. My apartment also has some great morning views that are amazing and the retaining stairs are a nice touch to access to the promenade shops. Communication from the office has been nice as well. I’m excited for the upcoming resident events this place has to offer! I know there’s a few bad reviews but I haven’t seen what people are talking about. In all honesty, shouldn’t we be taking the negative reviews with a grain of salt vs us taking the positive reviews?

Moving in was a breeze! The apartment is stunning and feels luxurious. The amenities on site really feel like a resort, it’s like a vacation living here! The staff is quick to help answer questions and paying rent online is easy. The pricing is incomparable to the luxury style apartment and living style you experience here. I’ve rented at another community in castle rock and it was more expensive, less amenities and the service was always about one-two weeks out. Touring and then making a home in the apartment made it that much better. We love it here!
