I’ve been a resident for a few years now, and I’ve seen many things in that time. My experiences in the first year weren’t the most positive. However, I cannot stress enough how much everything has improved since Thalia took over. She’s been incredible! She is super attentive and understanding about all resident issues, and she’s great at empowering her team to help us too. I’m confident that Thalia will always do her best to fight for the residents and do right by us. I always enjoy talking to her as well since she’s so friendly and personable. Keep up the great work and I’m happy to be renewing for another year. I’d also like to give a shout out to Bryant, he’s always on point and quick with maintenance requests.

This is truly the BEST management and complex I have ever had the pleasure of living at. Thalia is incredible!!! She is on top of every moving part and operations throughout the entire complex. Not only is Thalia an incredible Manager alongside a great admin staff but so is the maintenance team! Bryant is also so on top of it all, requests never go unnoticed and are handled within a day and most times same day! - It really feels like home - Thalia also sets up fun community events that really make this complex feel like a community. 10/10 recommend living here! It's rare and a gift to love the management and the complex!
