AVA RiNo is the best. My partner & I recently moved half way across the country from NYC to Denver and the staff made everything so seamless. They answered every and any question we had prior to move in as well as during the process. We kept asking ourselves “what’s the catch” and there definitely isn’t one. As we’ve settled in, we’ve continued to be impressed by the overall communication as well as quick response time with anything maintenance related (shoutout to Maged & Robbie!) we are so happy here and would recommend these apartments to anyone looking to move to RiNo.

This is an absolutely long overdue review. If I could rate this property higher than 5 stars, I would. I will give some context but please, read the entire review to understand the care the leasing team and staff have.
After the abrupt end to my relationship back in 2023 and while recently being laid off, I needed to find a place to live pending an employment offer. I’ve always had on eyes on this place since before it was built because of the location and amenities, so it was a no brainer I would move to Ava RiNo. I applied and was approved, but then my job offer fell through and my life took a turn for the worst… homelessness.
I reached back out and Veronica at the time and she had no issues giving me back all of my deposit and said that when things get better, that I will hopefully be back… and when they got better, I did because of the amount of care and communication with the team.
When I moved it, Michael took over Veronica’s position as manager and he got me all set up and answered all my questions. I loved living here but as time went on, I realized it was more challenging to recover from months of homelessness than I thought and need to move out after 9 months. Michael and his team were beyond caring and helped make the process completely seamless. He even waived some move-out fee because he understood the depth of the situation.
I am (small) single woman with a small circle of friends who couldn’t help me move out so I did all that I could alone and ended up panicking because it was the last day of my lease, and I couldn’t lift a few boxes into my car and couldn’t pack the last box of glassware that’s been passed down from generations in my family because I ran out of tape. I completely broke my bed frame and had to leave it because I couldn’t lift it and I just felt both angry and helpless.
Ava RiNo staff not only held on to my left items, but packed the crystal for me. I even said I will forfeit my security deposit if they can save it for me after I make a trip to Nebraska to drop off what I packed. A few short weeks later, I received my security deposit in the mail.
I will forever be grateful to Michael and the Ava RiNo staff for their compassion during the most difficult time of my life. THIS is the kind of place you want to live. The amount of times I’ve cried tears of relief because of how the leasing office was willing to work with me made me maintain hope when I felt hopeless.

First off, best apartment complex i ever lived at. Amenities are so good that I use them constantly. Super nice gym, hot tub is open every day of the year, amazing views from the roof.
The service department is absolutely amazing. They respond very quickly and get stuff done usually the same day.
Robbie and Henry specifically have been super helpful and diligent.

I lived in a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit at AVA RiNo for almost two years (Fall, 2023-Spring, 2025) while working as an analyst in Flight Operations for a majorly influential company. It was a terrific place to live. The leasing office & maintenance team were courteous and always responded to requests in a timely manner, often same-day. AVA RiNo is a safe, friendly, welcoming community in a city that, in my own view as a native Denverite, is unquestionably and evidently the opposite. Expect uber-quiet halls, clean facilities, and smiling faces all around. I never had any issues with things breaking, on-site parking, package delivery, or security. Yes, they have 24-hour, on-site patrol with dispatch who hand out business cards — I got to know some of them quite well. The leasing office management care!! I’m a Greystar alum with experience working in both a collegiate and professional leasing office capacity and environment, and AVA met, if not exceeded and surpassed, my expectations. Yes, it’s expensive (you’ll pay 2,200 just for the room w/o all monthly utilities, parking), but you get what you pay for at AVA. While there aren’t many communities near where I’ll be relocating, in hindsight, I am so glad I chose to lease at AVA RiNo. Would do it all over again; easy choice to avoid decision fatigue.

This community has been great; the administration is very helpful and accommodating. The units are spacious and so close to Larimer. It's not much further from downtown. I am truly loving it here.

The maintenance team at Ava RiNo is fantastic! Always on top of works orders and anything we need. Michael and Neil in the office are also great and easy to work with. It's been a very welcoming experience and we love the space, amenities, and location!

Today I signed my lease at AVA Rino. The building is so clean and well managed. The best part of the process was how easy everything was. Neil B helped me choose the best apartment possible. He was very informative and answered every question I had about the property and leasing options. He was very kind and kept everything simple. I ended up signing a two year lease. Neil was welcoming and personable. He made the whole apartment touring process absolutely stress free. Ten stars for his service! Thank you AVA Rino staff and leasing team for making my next home the best ever! Update- 10-7-24. The maintenance staff here is absolutely amazing. I’ve never seen a maintenance staff keep everything so clean and always friendly to tenants when passing. Today a maintenance member saw me in passing and I was having a rough day. His friendly personality made me forget for a moment how bad my day was. Thanks AVA Rino maintenance for making my new home the best ever!
