I've lived at IMT Lowry going on 4 years and just renewed my lease again. I really have no complaints about the complex. The amenities are great and the office staff, especially Andrea, are very helpful. The few times I have called and asked for something, my ask has been met by the next day. I feel safe at IMT Lowry and I love the walkability of the location. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a decently priced apartment in Lowry.

Moved in almost a year ago and it’s been amazing! Had to move from another complex because of their staff and the building falling apart, and Rebekah from leasing was so kind and helped me find a perfect fit. Everyone has been very helpful and so nice about it too. The maintenance crew, shoutout to Johnny and Dom, are always very prompt, helpful and so nice! And also everyone is so sweet to my puppers which is always a big plus. Super dog friendly with a very nice complex park for dogs to run and play. And it’s right next to Lowry sports park which is amazing!
