I recently rented an apartment from Gables Vista Cherry Hills in Denver, Colorado. Sean was easy to reach to set up the appointment. He was very pleasant and thorough in showing the facility and the various floor plans. I met him over the Christmas holidays and then followed up with him remotely. He responded to every email, gathered the additional information that I wanted, and then worked with me all the way through the process of me moving in. Sean's easy-going personality and pleasant demeanor made him a pleasure to work with.

Hands down the NICEST apartment I’ve ever stepped foot in. The finishes are all luxury condo quality (detail below). I took a tour here, and no other apartment came close (and I saw some REALLY nice apartments) The staff here is also really something. Joanne, Kyle, Hannah, Kaye, Connor, the entire Dunn construction team really go out of their way for you. (It’s still under construction and I can’t wait until they finish super soon). The location is right next to Cherry Creek trail and really close to two cute parks. Perfect for dog owners and people who love the outdoors. Walking distance to the hub of Cherry Creek mall and dining but far enough that it feels really quiet. So far the tenants are an awesome mix of people ranging from young professionals to families with (adorable, well behaved) kids to people with some years and wisdom. 10/10 would recommend. I’ve lived in “luxury” apartments before and not seen stuff like this. For instance: Kitchen comes with a wine cooler (I filled mine with Topo Chico, obviously) and smart gas convection oven. So you can turn the oven off and on from, I dunno, the grocery store I guess, and cook a chicken in 5 minutes. Like you do.
