I have lived on this property for almost 4 years and over the last 6-12 months the new management (specifically Frank) have worked to make the property significantly better. The new office and buisness center is BEAUTIFUL and despite the serbacks communication has been flawless. Less than 24 hours to have any issues fixed when requested through proper channels and I feel right at home in the shadows of the Rockies. I look forward to seeing the completion of all the ongoing projects and being apart of the Westlake Greens community for the foreseeable future!

Wondered why my heat was not working. Not only did Paul turn on the heat but he explained why they had to turn off the heat during the summer months so the air conditioning would work efficiently. He was efficient and personable. I appreciate his abilities. Thanks Paul, I can put the sweaters away and enjoy the heat !!!!
