First and foremost I am from Denver, Colorado and my biggest dream has been to live in a high rise building in Downtown Denver. The Apartments at Denver Place has been such a dream and I have been living here for almost a year! Mati, Melanie and Melissa are so diligent and caring! They are honest and hard working! Because of them I believe the past problems like the hot water has been solved permanently! I know I will be here for a while! The FREE breakfast and happy hour are the best thing besides the FREE gym membership and the views! Also my apartment is in amazing condition and I hardly have to put in any service request but if I had to get anything fixed Christian is on top of it and also working hard to make sure our community is at it's best! Thank you so much for being the best apartment downtown! AND ITS AFFORDABLE!

I absolutely fell in love with my apartment the first time I saw it and then I have moved in and I am starting to feel at home because the unit itself is so spacious and I'm not even going to have enough room to express how amazing the view from my house is but it's definitely one of the best apartment complexes that I have seen in Denver but what makes Denver Place stand out from the rest has got to be the amazing staff and the way they are there for you whatever you need or if things aren't going well they are there with a smile and a reassuring email response that lets you know that they have your back. I'm a quiet disabled older woman and I like the fact that I know that I am safe in my apartment because I have the reassurance that our security team is going to be there to prevent and monitor the building so that everyone can relax and know that you and your family have a friendly barrier that is doing their job to insure that you can remain safe and if something doesn't look right they are only a phone call away. That's just one of the reasons I am so happy to be able to call The Denver Place my home. It's not often that you are going to get the opportunity to find an apartment that you have room to actually be able to live and not feel like you are cramped up that is clean and maintained with an amazing view and I don't want to forget the location is close to everything and staff that treats you like family. You probably think that you aren't going to be able to afford the rent with all of those perks. Wrong again I promise you that this is Denvers best kept secret and I am glad that I have the joy of everything they have to offer every single day because I am not going to find all the things I mentioned and more any place else for the affordable rent that I am paying. There's no place like home.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I just moved from Florida and this is an amazing location for me for my first year in Colorado! Beautiful views of the mountains, the clock, the stadium, the whole city! Big spacious bed rooms and living room, and high ceilings! I can walk to my job within 10 minutes and to the 16th street mall, and any grocery store, etc. Parking is separate and third party, but if you get the garage at 1875 Lawrence it’s right across the street, secured, and covered, no snow on your car, your car doesn’t get hot in the sun, and no theft! The apartments just got under new management and they are KILLING IT! They are so friendly and extremely helpful and have been really responsive and on point. They have been checking up on us to make sure everything has been perfect for us! I felt very welcomed and relieved for the staff to be this way, because I’ve lived in apartments where they genuinely don’t care about you or anything you say. We had to have one thing fixed in our place and the maintenance came within an hour of putting in the request! I was very impressed! Not to mention the complimentary coffee maker we have in the lobby! Cappuccinos, hot chocolate, lattes, you name it! It’s all in the lobby, along with a cute lounge area with TVs, and wifi! We also get a gym membership with our lease! They also do monthly get togethers, like they just had a breakfast party, and soon we’re doing an ice-cream party! Really involved in the community. We also have a bulletin board on our resident app where we can give away or sell things or just to start conversation about something, again with the community. I love it. The apartments are very quiet as well. Shoutout to Vincent for being so amazing!
I've really enjoyed living here so far! Vincent is great and made me feel welcome from day one. Everyone in the office is great, super friendly, and very responsive! Building/units are in good condition, my kitchen and bathroom seem to have been updated somewhat recently. and the location is perfect - not to mention the views! Only downside for me is parking, (I was put on a waitlist) but otherwise absolutely no complaints, highly recommend :)
I have lived here for over nine years and I would highly recommend. The views are unbeatable, with wall to wall windows, it’s beautiful. It is an older building that does not have a pool or millennial amenities, but the free gym membership across the street is a great gym. Because it’s older, the walls and concrete structure make for great noise cancellation unlike newer cheap builds, and I barely heard my neighbors. While many reviews complain about the elevators, this is a problem EVERYWHERE, including new builds. Management handles these issues promptly and do the best they can to keep residents updated and operate the freight elevators to assist. With that, I have had great interactions with the current management and Shelly in particular is a great help and really made improvements. Also, the maintenance crew are awesome, never had an issue getting requests answered and problems resolved in a very timely manner. The building also has a great cleaning crew that keep it sparkling despite the plethora of dogs.
I recently moved to the Denver Place Apartments and my experience has been wonderful. The staff is very friendly and they went out of their way to make sure my move went smoothly. My primary contact during the move-in process was Vincent and he was phenomenal. He was very responsive to my inquiries and very proactive in making sure everything I needed prior to moving in was taken care of. He seemed very sincere in wanting to make sure I had a good experience, and I did. I’ve since dealt with several other members of the staff here and have found them to also be very helpful and friendly. As for the apartment itself, what can I say except I love it here and I think it’s the perfect place for me. My apartment was in excellent shape upon moving in and everything was in good working order. The location is perfect for me. The apartment is quiet. The views are amazing. The fitness club membership which was included is awesome. The lobby and common areas are very well maintained. The complimentary coffee bar in the lobby is a nice touch. Overall, it has just exceeded all of my expectations and I’m very happy here.

Very professional staff-- Shirley is the best property manager a tenant could ask for. Apartments are in great condition and provide all the room a tenant could need. Highly recommend living here!
