I just recently renewed my lease and I very please with the change in management . Here’s the thing problems are going to happen. So I look at how someone solves the problem vs being upset that the problem happen in the first place. Most recently tiles in my bathroom were falling off. I placed a work order on Tuesday followed by an email on Wednesday showing the damage . I immediately recieved a phone call from the assistant manager apologizing for the inconvenience 👏 and she will get someone to repair it ASAP. I was very pleased that workers showed up on Good Friday to repair the tiles! Also I have never recieved a personalized birthday card from any apartments I have stayed at until now! It felt really good to know that the staff at the Edge took time to wish me a happy birthday. It’s nice community to live in that has great value and customer service!
