She is welcoming & actually takes the time to listen to what people have to say rather then just brushing off the problem. She definitely is very business savvy yet still such a great people person and has empathy towards others. Walking into the office with my problem I was extremely upset, but her professionalism, and ability to rectify the issue was phenomenal.
