The ladies in the office are amazing to work with and are really understanding and personable. I appreciate the upkeep with landscaping and all the improvements to the clubhouse and new paint job on all the buildings and fixtures. Walking distance to the bus stop, parks and Renton Technical College.

I read the reviews from below. I am just wondering how come people can tell such things. First thing, I was eligible for gift card unit and I got it. I am not sure why people are complaining about trash and smells. You should probably find out a very luxurious apartment and live there. I would say only issue for this apartment I found out is walking sound when someone walks at upstairs. However, this is always expected in a community. When I talked to my neighbor, they respected my concerns. That's how we live and work. Be a good neighbor, you will also receive that. Maintenance is always good and friendly. At least my experience is good with Brighton Ridge apartments.

I have lived here since September 2018. I really love this place and the people who keep it up and running. During this time I have had some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. Once the work order was put in, it took only one day for the maintenance crew to show up at my door and fix it. I can say with certainty that each of the maintenance employees are knowledgeable, professional, kind, and above all, respectful. One even keeps doggie treats on her cart at all times for the canines she may meet along the way during her daily duties. The people in the managers office are a delight to work with. They are committed to helping every tenant, and making things as easy as possible. I'm not aware of many management companies that will come to a tenant and disclose the fact that they double charged them, and then go out of their way to make it right. But that's exactly what the office staff here at Brighton Ridge did for me. And I'm also not aware of many management companies who will go out of their way to make arrangements with a tenant so they can stay on top of their payments so they won't lose their housing. As long as you are communicating with them, they are willing to help you. And finally, I have to say that the people who are my neighbors here are some of the nicest I've ever met. Granted, I don't know everyone on a first name basis, but I can say that people do say hi to each other and are willing to help each other out. A great example of this was the February snowstorm.. we residents were stuck in the parking lot due to the weather and it warmed my heart to see people outside shoveling snow and putting down rugs so others could get enough traction to get in or out of their parking spots, at all hours of the day and night. There is a real sense of community here, regardless of whether or not you know your neighbors. People smile, say hi, and are nice. Really. So, I guess what I'm trying to say is: Brighton Ridge is a great place to live. It's close to Renton Technical College, close to great shopping at the Renton Landing, close to Lake Washington and Gene Coulon Park, and right off of 405. I love it here and I'm sure you will too.
