I lived here for almost a year and the only reason I’m leaving is due to family reasons. The property is well kept, there are monthly visits to prevent pests(I have never seen any pests in or around the unit), the neighbors are quiet and friendly, & I’ve never had to contact maintenance, but I hear great things from my neighbors!
