I read some of the reviews on this property before I moved in and was a little concerned but took my chances because the apartments were affordable and looked great on the inside. When I moved in in 2022 they had just changed ownership. I think most of the poor reviews took place prior to the new and current owners. I have lived here for two years now and have honestly had a great experience. There have been a few maintenance issues over the course of my stay and everything was always handled quickly and efficiently. Most times someone was sent out same day if not the very next day and corrected. At one point I had a raccoon find his way into my walls and due to safety concerns (with having a young child in the unit) I was placed in a hotel for a few days and the raccoon was trapped and taken care of. I have never had a rental company show that kind of concern and generosity before and I have been renting for several years in Lexington. Craig who I believe is the property manager treats you with dignity and respect and has always shown kindness and concern for any issue whether it was small or not. Overall he is just a good person and it’s refreshing to not have to deal with a “slum lord” because I have definitely had my own poor experiences in the past with other rental companies. Also, the property itself has been renovated and is up-kept. The area is quiet and I never had issues with neighbors. They do routine pest control once a month and have a landscaping company out routinely to take care of the leaves, cut the grass and maintain the appearance. The laundry rooms onsite are clean and you can wash and dry your clothes both for only $2 a load which is incredibly affordable. I would go as far as referring a family member or friend here if they were looking for a quiet, clean and affordable place to live. 5 stars!! *also, this is a legitimate review. I am still a current resident lol

I’m automatically giving this property 5 stars mainly due to the amazing experience I’ve had with the property manager. Craig is the nicest, most understanding landlord I have ever worked with! I lived here for almost a year and the only reason I’m leaving is due to family reasons. The property is well kept, there are monthly visits to prevent pests(I have never seen any pests in or around the unit), the neighbors are quiet and friendly, & I’ve never had to contact maintenance, but I hear great things from my neighbors! I highly recommend reaching out to Craig and letting him help you find your next home. 😊
