Ferrill Square Apartments is located in Lexington, Kentucky. Ferrill Square, formerly known as Douglass School was one of first projects to be financed through Lexington's Affordable Housing Trust Fund. Douglass School, owned by First African Baptist Church sat vacant from 1972 to 1999. It was then renovated to become Kanisa Apartments. In 2012 the apartments were renamed Ferrill Square after London Ferrill, a former preacher at First African Baptist Church.

1 star is to generous. Bedbugs and roaches everywhere. Crazy people running around with bats trying to hit people. The staff is ignorant and well I'll remain nice.
